starter packs
These are the five initial services, valid for any certification, depending on the degree of help or collaboration you need to implement the security framework, with its corresponding measures, and ensure compliance with the requirements.
Do It Yourself Implementation
An initial audit is carried out to see the strengths and weaknesses of the company, and a report on the technical and regulatory measures that the client must implement to pass the certification is delivered, along with the missing regulations. for companies that know they have some aspect that could be improved, and want help in the normative aspect (including a technical guide), but prefer to implement and define their security measures by themselves.
Documentary Help
After the Gap analysis, and the complete definition of the regulatory environment (carried out entirely by Phoenix), we provide the client with a complete guide to implement the required technical security measures, collect the necessary metrics and evidence and configure the entire management system accordingly.
Adaptation Phoenix 360º
The most complete of our services, it includes GAP analysis and regulatory documentation, weekly videoconference follow-ups, help in the application and adaptation of policies, definition and implementation of technical measures, internal auditing and even help with external certification. We collaborate together from start to finish with the aim of achieving certification.

Training and awareness
Being a requirement the work of awareness and training, it is a tremendously useful service, since we have a team of consultants specialized in training and awareness in different areas of security, with whom we can launch different initiatives (talks, conferences, courses, employee phishing tests, safety culture reviews... etc)
